Apprentice Development Programmes & Courses Scotland

Tailored programmes and courses in Scotland - bringing out the very best in young employees and apprentices

"Every youth owes it to himself and to the world to make the most possible
out of the stuff that is in him..."
Orison Swett Marden

Our main venues for these programmes are Firbush Point, the Edinburgh University Field Studies Centre situated in a superbly isolated positioned beside Loch Tay and the Scottish National Watersports Centre, Isle of Cumbrae.  Both centres are well equipped for all outdoor activities and licensed to run programmes for young people.

Students are accommodated in comfortable cabins.  Meals are of an excellent standard home cooking. Participants help with the serving of meals, tidying of the dinning room etc. adding to the spirit of community and mutual support.

TBL instructors are augmented with centre staff with whom we have worked for many years. This allows a multitude of activities to be undertaken.
