 TBL was established in 1986 by myself, Oliver Crane. You can read my profile by clicking the Linkedin logo below. There is now a small team of us; all expert in our own areas of organisational development. We pride ourselves on our Know How (knowledge), Know Who (emotional intelligence) and Can Do (energetic approach). We have unique skill sets that we believe differentiate us from the prototypical consultant!
