Change is scary for many people and yet it is something we all live with permanently. Would we expect our children to remain babies for ever! In fact we would struggle without change. Predicted change is taken in our stride, interuptive change is resisted.
Yet it is interuptive change that often creates the step needed to realign to our strategic position - both as an individual or as an organisation.
Leaders must lead the change process. We allow individuals to discuss personal change and the stages that must take place to bring about lasting change in behavior.
We allow staff to look at the organisation and provide identify opportunities of change for the better.
We provide steps to bring about organisational change and templates to ensure the best possible path.
In addition we have interactive materials and case studies to bring it to life.
Participants will also learn how management tools such as the balanced scorecard can assist in their change planning.
