Teambuilding Scotland - events and days. TBL organises and runs numerous larger team event for organisations of all descriptions. These range from team challenges with our sister team adventure company activ8s who have both a mobile operation and their dedicated team challenge site in Perthshire, to specific teambuilding workshops with a bespoke business theme.

The theme goes right through the event from the naming of teams to the exercises and metaphors for learning used. Of course we incorporate a tour of the venue in the form of a team based exercise.
