CIPD Talk - Talent Management and Development Scotland

Wednesday evening saw us deliver a short talk to the CIPD in Edinburgh on Talent Development. Made both easy and interesting by an engaging audience, the evening started with an introduction into Talent Management by Eddie Cochrane, Executive Development Manager at the University of edinburgh Managment School.  We then followed on with a talk on practical application based on the Novations research with whom we are partners.
