Certificate of Performance in Coaching Practice from the University of Strathclyde

Useful training with a credible qualification

We are now offering a 2 day programme in conjunction with the University of Strathclyde, culminating in the above formal certification.

The programme, run by qualified practioners, takes a hands-on approach to developing business coaches and on completion of specified post course practice participants will receive a formal qualification.

Programme objectives:

" Active listening using the whole self. In a highly practical way, participants will develop a process of whole listening.
" Teach, tell and coach - understanding the role of each.
" Questioning and clean language. An approach to enable higher levels of communication and understanding.
" An introduction to mental barriers and 'inner game theory' in coaching
" A suite of 6 coaching tools will be both understood and practiced.
