Developing teams can involve the resolution of tough issues and the understanding of complex organisational dynamics. That requires knowledge, skill, sensitivity, experience applied through good facilitation. Safely incorporating experiential activities also requires a specialist skill set. TBL has years of experience providing both.
We support businesses locally and globally from small to multinational. We partner with several business schools and pioneer new approaches.
Our approach with you
1. Together we will scope out your objectives. To these we will add our knowledge to increase the value.
2. We will then ascertain the teams present position through discussion and if appropriate interviews.
3. We will then develop and deliver a programme to meet your specific needs, including recommendation of training medium, (outdoor, indoor, residential, experiential, group or individual coaching)
4. Post programme we can provide follow-up support, complementary development or individual coaching as appropriate.
