In this high octane, action packed course, Team Power enables your team to develop a winning mentality.
Your team will work together on a unique challenge from which they will need to learn new skills, develop an optimum strategy and work as a highly effective single unit to successfully achieve the objective.
This highly effective team building course combines real adventure and a totally new experience requires:

From a standing start of zero experience your team will:
- Learn to safely drive high speed Rigid Inflatable Boats (RIBs)
- Develop skills to navigate a complex course on the River Forth
- Taking into account a range of factors ranging from weather conditions, tide, wind and team distribution work together to decide on an optimal strategy
- Execute the challenge of maximising the points scored and competing with other companies who have already posted a score.

Credibility
Team Power has been developed and is overseen by TBL's Managing Director, Oliver Crane. As well as being one of the UK's leading consultants in Leadership and Organizational Development, Oliver is also qualified a Powerboat Trainer with 25 years of instructional experience, delivering a superb balance of practical powerboat skills and high level strategic business thinking.
During the challenge each boat is supervised by a qualified instructor at all times, allowing quick knowledge transfer, maximum group ownership and full safety cover.
All equipment, waterproofs and safety gear is supplied with participants required to bring only a minimum of 'every day' clothing items defined in a pre event fact sheet.
The event is suitable for most people in reasonable physical fitness

The principal location for Team Power is on the River Forth with the unique opportunity to chart a course under the spectacular two bridges based from a number of venues in South Queensferry.
