This day enables participants to take control of their own development in a way that is beneficial to themselves and the organisation.

Participants are guided through the personal development process; they create an individual development plan designed to be used as the basis for on-going contribution discussions with their manager/ coach. This plan ascertains their present position and aspirations for:

Career orientation

  • Contribution cycle – where they are in terms of career best
  • Contribution stage – level at which they are working
  • 360 feedback with positioning relative to best practice in their role

The session culminates in the completion of a Talent Development plan. Based on more than 20 years of research on performance and development, Talent Development incorporates Novations proprietary Four Stages” of Contribution Model.
