2. We will then ascertain the teams present position through discussion and if appropriate interviews.

3. We will then develop and deliver a programme to meet your specific needs, including recommendation of training medium, (outdoor, indoor, residential, experiential, group or individual coaching)

4. Post programme we can provide follow-up support, complementary development or individual coaching as appropriate.
